Essential differences between SAPPHIRE - 4А ionizer from conventional (unipolar) ionizers

          Air Ionizer SapphireSapphire - 4а was developed in 1999. The generator was developed with the SanPiN norms of Russian Ministry of Health Protection in mind.
            The essential features of Sapphire 4A making it different from the majority of wide spread ionizers. SAPPHIRE-4A produces:
- Ions of both polarities (owing to sanitary norms)
- Neglible quantity of evolved ozone that is much lower than maximum concentration limit (maximum-permissible concentration) 
 - No electromagnetic and electrostatic fields outside the case of the generator. It is important because when using the majority of generators the person is affected by the aforesaid fields. Sanitary norms should be taken into account for these fields, also. 
 - No static electricity is present on the surroundings (sun blind, oilcloth, wall-paper) of SAPPHIRE-4A, thus it doesn't get blocked, as opposed to unipolar ionizers.
                Chizhevsky's luster produces only negative ions, thus forming a strong electrostatic field withindoors (walls are charged, oilcloth, plastic surfaces, hair literally stands on end) that is undoubtedly very harmful since the dust present in any room gets charged, and settles on walls, or, worse - in human airway. Such charged dust, as opposed to electrostatically neutral dust, does not naturally quit the airway. The user may end with the bronchial asthma desease within 5-10 years of using a unipolar ionizer.
                SAPPHIRE - 4А ouput parameters are based on the natural data, for example in the forest there are about 3000 ions of both polarities in a cubic centimeter. Positive ions also are necessary to avoid forming electrostatic field. By the way, SAPPHIRE-4А is capable of discharging electrostatically charged surfaces. Positive ions are not harmful, they're absolutely necessary, as long as negatively charged ones. Please, don't trust the "experts" saying that positive ions are simply useless.
                For instance, it is a common mistake that display terminals evolve positive ions, it is not true, display terminals absorb both types of ions. We can assert it since we have been working in this area for many years and we do not assign primary importance to the purpose of making profits by all means. Unfortunately, the majority of people doesn't have access to up-to-date information on ionization of air.
